Best artifact for WW

This is the response i got from the Travian Admin regarding artifact.

Dear sir,

Artifact that affect normal village will also affective to WW village. The one that not get affected is WW itself (i.e stronger building artifact).

It means the WW building itself will not be affected by artifact. But the WW village will ! Alright lets analyze the possibilities with account effect since u cant build treasury in the WW village.

1.Rahsia Arkitek - Doesnt work
2.But Berkuasa - You dont attack from your WW village. Unless you wanna scare the enemy.
3.Mata Helang - As i was saying, you see the enemy hero coming from a top player, you declare a state of emergency
4.Kawalan Diet - 1/2 crop for WW village, another 1/2 crop from diet... the whole troops in the server can survive there! Unstoppable !
5.Pelatih Berbakat - Ops, no one train troops from the WW village.
6.Penyimpan Utama - What a waste. WW village already has that ability.
7. Pengeliru Musuh - Yeah, you can hide your resources in the WW village with gua. How smart is that. But the WW wont be affected by the cata thingy. So you can still cata the WW.

Conclusion:
I believe the winner is Kawalan Diet (1/2 crop consumption for WW + Kawalan Diet 1/2 consumption) = 1/4 troops consumption !
2nd it has got to be Mata Helang.

Theory speaking but not proven yet. Will confirm once proven.
