So my theory has been correctly confirmed by the Admin and hopefully we can see it put into action.
Eg.
1 Falanks = 1 consumption
WW village troops 1/2 consumption + Kawalan Diet 1/2 account (unik)=1/4 consumption
1 Falanks in WW village with both that effect = 0.25 consumption
Bring it on !
So far only FaQar has this effect right now.
1/2 * 3/4 = 0.375 consumption for 1 troop consumption
With another pelatih berbakat 1/2, this is the person that poses the biggest threat.
