It seems that Natar does not attack with same amount of troops to each WW. The first WW that reach the highest level first will be attacked with the MOST troops by Natar. So the next WW being attacked will received less incoming troops from Natar and so on. If you are the front runner, you got to withstand more damage. This is presumably to give those behind a chance to catch up with the WW leader by killing more of their defending troops.
Btw, it takes exactly 24 hours for each Natar attack to reach a WW village.
